Lily Liu
Founder and CEO
With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University and a Master's in Urban Planning from University College London, Lily has nearly ten years of experience working on major projects in Taiwan with local and national governments, NGOs, large multinationals, and community leaders. She has led focus groups, surveys, and customer interviews to conduct market research for major accounts such as Computex and TAITRA, and conducted economic feasibility analysis on large public and private property developments. As founder of InContextEast, Lily is now located in California and combining her network and expertise in Taiwan with her global experience working in business development for a London real estate firm.
Heng-Wen Chen
Consulting Partner
An licensed architect and Master's graduate of National Taiwan University's Institute of Building and Planning, Chen was lead architect on property developments across Taiwan in addition to producing multiple economic and development feasibility studies for major public and private clients over the past fifteen years. As part of these projects, Chen has also conducted focus groups, surveys, and interviews as community participatory planning tools. Having extensive experience with the local regulatory requirements, operational environment, and business networks, Chen's role as InContextEast consulting partner now allows him to share this wealth of experience with businesses around the world.
Hannah Cheng
Consulting Partner
A graduate of the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego with an emphasis on finance, Hannah has five years of experience working for multinational companies on investment and business analysis. Combining a strong macroeconomic background with practical day-to-day operational experience, Hannah has recently relocated to Taiwan from the United States and, as an InContextEast consulting partner, now uses the global perspective from her previous roles to help businesses understand the local market.
